很多家航空公司面試都會有一關要念廣播詞（in-flight announcement）

所以大家一定要多練習喔！

這片文章主要是讓大家習慣一些航空英文以及機上廣播常用到的詞彙

下是念廣播詞時的注意事項：

從旅客登機到旅客下機這一段時間時間內，機長（Captin）或座艙長（Chief Purser）會對旅客宣布注意事項（Inflight Announcement）。假如沒有特殊狀況的話，播報的內容大致上大同小異。

播報的項目從登機到下機大概可以分為以下 9 種播報詞： 

旅客登機坐定後（Boarding） 
機門關閉前（Door Closure） 
安全與逃生裝置介紹（Safety Demonstration） 
飛機進入跑道準備起飛（Before Take-off） 
飛機爬升到巡航高度 （Ascent） 
亂流警告（Turbulence） 
準備降落（Decent） 
機輪放下落地前（Approach） 
飛機停妥在機門後（After Landing） 

【歡迎詞】
範例一：

Good morning (afternoon, evening), Ladies and Gentlemen:

Welcome aboard China Airlines flight XX to XX(via XX). The distance between XX and XX is XX kilometers. Our flight will take XX hours and XX minutes. We will be flying at an altitude of XX meters and the average speed is XX kilometers per hour.
In order to ensure the normal operation of aircraft navigation and communication systems, mobile phones, toys and other electronic devices throughout the flight and the laptop computers are not allowed to use during take-off and landing.

We will take off immediately. Please be seated, fasten your seat belt, and make sure your seat back is straight up, your tray table is closed and your carry-on items are securely stowed in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. (This is a non-smoking flight, please do not smoke on board.)

The (chief) purser XX with all your crew members will be sincerely at your service. We hope you enjoy the flight! Thank you!

各位先生各位女士:
歡迎您搭乘 XX 航空公司航班 XX 前往 XX(中途降落 XX)。由 XX 至 XX 的飛行距離是 XX 公里,預 計空中飛行時間是 XX 小時 XX 分。飛行高度 XX 米,飛行速度平均每小時 XX 公里。 為了保障飛機導航及通訊系統的正常工作,在飛機起飛和下降過程中請不要使用手提式電腦,在整個 航程中請不要使用手機,電子遊樂器及其他電子設備。 飛機很快就要起飛了,現在有客艙空服員進行安全檢查。請您坐好並繫好安全帶,收起座椅靠背和小 桌板。請您確認您的手提物品是否妥善安放在頭頂上方的行李架內或座椅下方。(本次航班全程禁煙, 在飛行途中請不要吸煙。)

本次航班的座艙長將協同機上 XX 名空服員竭誠為您提供及時周到的服務。 謝謝!

範例二：

Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome on board of China Airlines CI661 flying from Taipei to Singapoe. The Captain has turned on the Fasten Seat Belt sign. Please take your seat and fasten your seat belt. And also make sure your seat back and folding trays are in their full upright position. 

各位女士、先生，歡迎搭乘華航CI661班機由台北飛往新加坡。機長已經打開了繫好安全帶的燈號，請各位旅客入坐繫好安全帶。並請將椅背豎直，把椅背上的餐桌收好。 

If you are seated next to an emergency exit, please read carefully the special instructions card located by your seat. If you do not wish to perform the functions described in the event of an emergency, please ask a flight attendant to reseat you. 

假如你的座位在緊急逃生口旁邊，請詳細閱讀在前座椅背後所附的逃生門操作說明。假如你不願意坐在緊急逃生門旁的座位，請告之附近的空服人員，幫您換座位。 

At this time, we request that all cellular phones, and remote controlled devices be turned off for the full duration of the flight, as these items might interfere with the navigational and communication equipment on this aircraft. We request that all other electronic devices be turned off until we fly above 10,000 feet. We will notify you when it is safe to use such devices. 

現在請各位旅客將您所攜帶的手機與具有遙控功能的電子設備全程關閉，以免干擾本機的通訊與導航儀器。其他的電子設備在本機到達一萬英呎高空後才可以使用，到時候我們會通知各位旅客。 

We remind you that this is a non-smoking flight. Smoking is prohibited on the entire aircraft, including the lavatories. Tampering with, disabling or destroying the lavatory smoke detectors is prohibited by law. 

本機全機禁止吸煙，包括洗手間在內。如果有蓄意干擾或破壞洗手間內的煙霧偵測器將被移送法辦。 

If you have any questions about our flight today, please don't hesitate to ask one of our flight attendants. Thank you. 

如果各位旅客對於本次飛行有任何問題，請隨時告訴我們的空服人員。謝謝。 

【起飛後廣播】

Ladies and Gentlemen:
We have left_____for_____. Along this route,we will be flying over the provinces of ___, passing the cities of _____, and crossing over the ______. Breakfast(lunch, supper) has been prepared for you. We will inform you before we serve it.
Now we are going to introduce you the use of the cabin installations.
This is a XX aircraft.
The back of your seat can be adjusted pressing the button on the arm of your chair.
The call button and reading light are above your head. Press the call button to summon a flight attendant.
The ventilator is also above your head. By adjusting the airflow knob, fresh air will flow in or be cut off.
Lavatories are located in the front of the cabin and in the rear. Please do not smoke in the lavatories.

各位先生各位女士: 我們的飛機已經離開_____前往_____,沿著這條航線,我們飛經的地點有_______,經過的主要城市 有_______,我們還將飛越_____。
在這段旅途中,我們為你準備了 XX 餐。供餐時我們將廣播通知您。 下面將向您介紹客艙設備的使用方法:
今天您乘坐的是 XX 型飛機。
您的座椅靠背可以調整,調整時請按座椅扶手上的按鈕。 在您座椅的上方備有閱讀燈開關和呼叫按鈕。如果你有需要空服員的幫助,請按呼喚鈴。 在您座位上方還有空氣調節設備,轉動通風口可調整新鮮空氣的流量。洗手間在飛機的前部和後部.在洗手間內請不要吸煙。

【餐前廣播】

Ladies and Gentlemen:
We will be serving you meal with tea, coffee and other soft drinks. Welcome to make your choice. Please put down the table in front of you. For the convenience of the passenger behind you, please return your seat back to the upright position during the meal service. Thank you!

各位先生各位女士: 我們將為您提供餐食(點心餐),茶水,咖啡和飲料。歡迎您選用。需要用餐的旅客,請您將小桌板 放下。為了方便其他旅客,在供餐期間,請您將座椅靠背調整到正常位置。謝謝!
